The Mercer certificate of completion (worldwide certified) is awarded to participants who effectively complete all 4 Professional Package workshops or 5 Advanced Package workshops.

In contrast, a Talentnet certificate of completion will be awarded to all participants who complete any Talentnet-Mercer training workshop.
