What we do
RPO – Recruitment process outsourcing manages some or all parts of the Client’s entire recruitment process and related talent management functions. The services include:
- End-to-end RPO: full cycle recruitment process from recruitment process design, to onboarding as well as recruitment technology investment.
- Selective RPO: bundled support for selected components of talent acquisition cycle: candidate sourcing, candidate engagement, onboarding, etc.
- On-demand RPO: providing recruiter (onsite, offsite) to help client address spike in hiring.
- Project RPO: appling recruitment solution to a specific project such as new product launch, new branch/store opening, etc.
